Privacy
Jerp stores the minimum it needs to run the modules you switch on, and nothing else.
What is stored
- Server and channel IDs for the modules you configure
- Member IDs with their XP total and level, when leveling is on
- Invite codes and who joined through them, when invite tracking is on
- Ticket records: who opened one, when, and when it closed
- Moderation records you create with a command
- Older feedback reports, only for servers that used the retired feedback command
What is never stored
- Message content, apart from text you deliberately save as a welcome, level-up or ticket template
- Direct messages
- Payment card details, which stay with Stripe
Removing your data
Run /data delete confirm:DELETE in your server to erase everything Jerp holds for it. Removing the bot stops all collection. A member who leaves has their XP and invite history deleted automatically.
Getting a copy
Run /data export for a machine-readable copy of everything stored for your server.
